along with his wife Sherry, was honored by Friends of ELIYA-USA at their 2003 Gala Dinner. He is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since May 1990 and became Chief Financial Officer of MRV in October 1993. Noam and Sherry support and are involved with the work of: Pups for Peace, which acquires and trains explosive sniffing dogs in Israel, AIPAC and Chabad. They have been selected as this year’s honoree for the annual Chabad of the Conejo event, in June.
